PAYMENT

# Meetups - preferably to my convenience (Hougang, Sengkang, Kovan) or other places if I'm going there.
# If meetup is to your convenience, $2 fee will be charged.
# Postage - $1 or $2 for normal, $3.50 for registered (depends on weight).
# POSB transfer - Please transfer to POSB savings 002-93516-3. Inform me after you've transferred.
# Concealed cash - At your own risk.

SWAPS

# Swaps are welcomed if I like your items.
# Please do not ask continuously for swaps if I do not like any of your items.
# Swaps prices are the original prices, NOT the discounted ones.
# Will NOT do swaps through postage.

BIDDING

# Bidding will occur when there are 2 or more interested buyers in one item.
# Pending items can still be bidded.
# Bid increment each time is AT LEAST $1.

RESERVATIONS

# Items can be reserved for you as long as you tell me the date you'll make payment.
# If you did not state the date for payment, items will be reserved up till 3 days max.
# Items will be reserved and not be put up for bidding if you've paid beforehand.

NEGOTIATIONS

# Prices are all negotiable, but please be reasonable.
# Please do not ask continuously for negos when I've already given you my best price.
# If you've negotiated and agreed to a price, please do not ask again for lower prices.

BLACKLISTING

# Backing out after reservations and confirmations.
# Going MIA.
# Spam by saying untrue criticisms etc.
# Playing me out by not sending items out etc.

OTHERS

# Please clear all doubts before puchasing
# Owner reserves the rights to change or add T&C without prior notices.
# Owner will NOT be responsible for lost mail through normal postage, thus it is highly recommended that you opt for registered postage.

I didnt want to do this at first because she seemed to be nice and polite and all, but this girl is really really too much! She reserved a top from me on JAN 23, and said she'll meetup with me on the following sat. She went MIA on that day and did not reply my sms and calls. Then she apologised in msn saying she was busy and after that told me she can make it on another day. She said her hp was spoilt. As she seemed very apologetic and polite, I agreed and we set another date. On the meetup day, she told me she got dance on that day and couldnt make it. I suggested postage then, since she always cant make it, but she insisted on meetup and told me she can meet me in sengkang on the following sunday. She said she'll contact me again to confirm the time but she did not and since then went MIA. It has since been almost one month now. Really irresponsible! After that she did not come online anymore, and only when i emailed her saying i'll blacklist her as worst blacklister then she replied saying she lost my email & number and she bought a new top so she doesnt want my top anymore. WTH?! She made me wait and wait for her calls and then just went MIA, and now she said she doesnt want it anymore. Pls take note of this girl, she's really a very irresponsible person.

Reserved 2 necklaces from me which was priced at $15 and $3 each. Negotiated the $15 one to $10 and I agreed, but later in the day she smsed me to say she saw another shop selling the exact necklace at only $5 and asked me whether I could give her the price too. Well of course I asked her for the shop's url to confirm but she said she can't give. So obvious that's she's lying, no? She negotiated somemore and I was nice enough to let it to her at $8. Time, place and date confirmed, then before the meetup date she smsed me to back out, giving a lame excuse like her mother doesn't allow her to buy stuffs online. Also she questioned me alot regarding the necklaces, asking why I didn't state it's brand new but I told her it's brand new. Well it IS brand new, just that it slipped my mind to include in my blog. She doesn't trust the seller at all. Sellers pls beware.
